Frame Of Medium duty rack shelving
Each upright frame consists of 2 pillars, 3 cross bars, and 2 diagonal braces. The upright frame is made up of 3pcs horizontal bracing and 2pcs diagonal bracing and screws, plastic shim.
The specification of the pillar is50*80, with a thickness of 0.6. Other common thicknesses are 0.8to 1.5mm. The thickness of the cross bar is generally 0.5 or 0.6mm. This type of upright piece has a reasonable overall structure, good load-bearing capacity, and is easy to assemble. And the professional reasonable material and thickness are crucial for its overall load-bearing efficiency.
The post is made up of Q235B cold steel and powder coating finish.

Main part for bearing each level loading capacity. Each level capacity depends on the beam’s material section,structure and thickness.
Feature:
● firstly,The centre of beam is step square tube with customized thickness.
● Secondly , The end of beam is to be welded with two pieces end hanger hooks.
Hooks kinds can be choice. Common 2 claws, three claw for medium duty rack. Thickness 1.5-2.5mm
● Thirdly, inside of beam, it has a step holder for storing all kinds panel,like wire shelves, MDF, particle board or steel shelves or steel grating or Zinc plate
