Step Beam of Long Span Shelving

Main part for bearing each level loading capacity.  Each level capacity depends on the beam’s  material section,structure and thickness.

Various specification and load capacity to meet different storage requirements.

Beam hitch steel’s teeth are designed to different direction;  this not only makes the teeth for increased rigidity.

Connection between beams and pillars are performed by safety bolts and clips.

Beam kinds mainly has step beam, box beam,P-box beam, DK box beam,square tube beam.

Beam section(for heavy duty)has the following:

box beam:50*80, 50*100, 50*120, 50*140, 50*160

Step beam: 50*80, 50*110mm

P-Box beam: 50*80, 50*100, 50*120, 50*140, 50*160mm

Suitable three post model racking,each level is with 3 pcs beam.  Two beam is step beam, middle beam is box beam

Feature

● firstly,The centre of beam is step square tube with customized thickness.

● Secondly , The end of beam is to be welded with two pieces end hanger hooks.

Hooks kinds can be choice.  Common 3claws, 4claws for heavy duty rack.  Thickness3.0-3.5mm

● Thirdly, inside of beam, it has a step holder for storing all kinds panel,like wire shelves, MDF, particle board or steel shelves or steel grating or Zinc plate

● Fourthly,the middle beam is box beam which makes sure one level high safe capacity.

● Fifthly, Each beam is to be matched 2 pcs safety locker
