Step 2: Design and Drawing
Our engineers will make drawing detailed CAD drawings based on the information provided by the customer or samples mailed by the customer, and ultimately confirm with the customer. They will then proceed to implement laser or create new tools.
Step 3: New mold
Firstly, sample can be done by laser machine.
Secondly, bulk production, it needs to make new mold. The general requirements for grinding tools include: punching grinding tools, bending grinding tools, cutting head grinding tools, cutting angle grinding tools, shaping grinding tools, blanking grinding tools, forming grinding tools, and steel stamping grinding tools.
Step 4: Production:
