The upright post is an important part of the entire boltless rack, providing overall support, and the professional reasonable material and thickness are crucial for its overall load-bearing efficiency.
The post is made up of Q235B cold steel and powder coating finish.

Beam Of Boltless Rack
Main part for bearing each level loading capacity. Each level capacity depends on the beam’s of boltless rack material section,structure and thickness.
Firstly,the end of beam is with 4pcs M5 bolts which can be hanged firmly on the post.
Secondly,it has a Z channel which has reinforcement function
Thirdly, inside of beam, it has a step holder for storing all kinds panel,like wire shelves, MDF, particle board or steel shelves or steel grating or Zinc plate
