Light to medium duty Warehouse Rack is a wide span storage system, specially designed for storage of medium to heavy-weight loads.
Because of its modular construction and great variety of dimensions and accessories, it lends itself to use in almost any situation: shelving racking, long span racking, multitier and high rise constructions. The system offers the benefits of quick assembly, good stability and low cost.
Frame Of Light duty shelving
Each upright frame consists of 2 pillars, 3 cross bars, and 2 diagonal braces. The upright frame comes as a whole, requiring no screw assembly. The specification of the pillar is ,30*50, with a thickness of 1.0. Other common thicknesses are 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.2, and 1.5mm. The thickness of the cross bar is generally 0.5 or 0.6mm. This type of upright piece has a reasonable overall structure, good load-bearing capacity, and is easy to assemble. And the professional reasonable material and thickness are crucial for its overall load-bearing efficiency.
The post is made up of Q235B cold steel and powder coating finish.
