Heavy duty Pallet Racking is a wide span storage system, specially designed for storage of heavy-weight loads
Heavy-duty pallet racks are made of high-quality steel plate roll-formed, with high-quality square steel beams, providing large bearing capacity, resistance to deformation, reliable connection, and easy disassembly and assembly. The surface of all the racks undergo acid washing, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying processes to prevent corrosion and rust, making them suitable for various types of goods.
Because of its modular construction and great variety of dimensions and accessories, it lends itself to use in almost any situation: shelving racking, long span racking, multitier and high rise constructions. The system offers the benefits of quick assembly, good stability and low cost.
The beam height can be adjusted according to the size of the goods. These racks have good load-bearing capacity, are easy to assemble, and versatile. A single layer can hold pallets with a weight range of 1-4 tons and also accommodate the use of shelves.
Frame Of Heavy duty Pallet racking
Each upright frame consists of 2 pillars, 2 cross bars, 9 diagonal braces ,plastic shim, screws and foot plate . The specification of the pillar is 70*90, with a thickness of 2.0. Other common thicknesses are 1.5,1.8,2.2,2.5mm. The thickness of the cross bar is generally 1.2or 1.5mm. This type of upright piece has a reasonable overall structure, good load-bearing capacity, and is easy to assemble. And the professional reasonable material and thickness are crucial for its overall load-bearing efficiency.
The post is made up of Q235B cold steel and powder coating finish.

● firstly,The centre of beam is step square tube with customized thickness.
● Secondly , The end of beam is to be welded with two pieces end hanger hooks.
Hooks kinds can be choice. Common 3claws, 4claws for heavy duty rack. Thickness3.0-3.5mm
● Thirdly, inside of beam, it has a step holder for storing all kinds panel,like wire shelves, MDF, particle board or steel shelves or steel grating or Zinc plate
